Public case register · UK & beyond

Every complaint is an open case until they fix it.

Review sites let companies bury bad reviews. ISBADCO files your complaint as a public case and keeps it open until the company puts it right. Then we give every company a verdict: is it a bad co?

How a case works

  1. File it

Name the company, say what went wrong, and tell the full story.

  2. Confirm it's you

We email you a link. No accounts, no passwords, and your email is never shown.

  3. A human reviews it

A moderator checks every case before it goes on the public record. Spammers get banned.

  4. It stays open until fixed

Your private link lets you close the case when they fix it. Their verdict updates with it.

By filing, you confirm this is your own genuine experience and agree to our terms. No threats, no personal data, nothing you can't back up.

Every case ends one of two ways

Still waiting

No refund, no reply, no fix. The case stays open on the public record, and the company's verdict slides towards Bad co.

The company sorts it out. You close the case with your private link, and it counts in their favour. A good company can earn its way back.

The verdict scale, calculated from each company's fix rate:

Bad co. < 30% fixed Hit & miss 30–59% Not bad co. 60%+ fixed Under investigation < 3 cases
